Football Futures was founded in November 2015 by Joshua Algar. We are a professional football coaching company and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of training and coaching via our extensive range of sessions across Kent.
Our ambition is to help give each individual the perfect foundation to support, grow and maximise potential, by providing players with pathways to progress to the next level.

At Football Futures we offer a wide range of various football sessions across Kent. These include our Advanced Academy Centres, Development Centres, full time post 16 Academies and 1-1/ small group sessions and more. We work with players starting at 4 years of age all the way through to adults who play in the Premier League. We coach players of all abilities and work with some of the best players in the game across England.
Our environment instills an enthusiastic attitude to learning and a strong sense of discipline, to give players the professional set up to reach the next level of their individual ability and performance. We want all our players to have the correct mindset, to give them the best chance to succeed, on and off the pitch.
We value that hard work is a minimum requirement to succeed in life and especially at becoming a professional footballer. At times it wont always go your way but we try hard to build into each individual player a ‘never quit’ attitude, pushing them to their limits to achieve greatness. We strive to help our players not only become better footballers but better people in life, growing both personally and professionally.
Philosophy

At Football Futures our philosophy is to inspire our players through our coaches own individual characteristics and experience. Our coaches personal skills and knowledge of the game gives players the opportunity in progressing in the football industry. We want to encourage every individual player who attends our sessions, to become as technically competent as possible. We want players to possess the required technical aspects to progress in football, such as first touch, ball control, awareness, body position and receiving and turning on the ball in different situations on the pitch.
Our environment is professional and disciplined, giving players the realistic experience of what a professional level training and set up would be like, showing insight in what is expected of them to succeed. We believe in creating a good relationship with every player and in doing so, help them feel at ease, confident and happy in our setting. From the arrival of each session to when each player leaves, we aim they leave having learnt and gained something to take away and to add to their game.

At Football Futures, in order for our players to fully develop and progress within the football game, we must provide coaches that are experienced and qualified to a high level. This is paramount to help every individual player progress on their football journey.
Each Football Futures coach not only must be able to demonstrate and teach every technique shown, but must share the Football Futures passion and philosophy set out. We have established some of the best coaches in the county, who have a wide range of knowledge and experience in the professional game. Our coaches have played at professional clubs throughout their youth days, which has in turn inspired their own passion in the game.
We set down that each coach creates a professional environment for the players, making each session as high intensity as possible, giving them the tools to support their passion of becoming a professional footballer.
