GIRLS ACADEMY

 

Our Girls Academy is designed to offer girls a platform to take their game to the next level. Our sessions are run by highly qualified and experienced coaches with a background in professional clubs who tailor sessions to the ability of the players, engaging and propelling each age group they are working with.

Our elite structure guides players through weekly sessions to provide the perfect foundation to support, grow and maximise potential. Each term our players will follow professional and structured topics which will give players opportunity to focus on different aspects required to further enhance their performance. We have an emphasis on making all players at our sessions as technically competent as possible. The technical aspect of the game is a key factor in modern day football, and we want each individual to be as comfortable on the ball as possible.

Alongside our weekly sessions, we look to hold occasional fixtures against local grassroots, elite academies and professional clubs from League 2 to the premier League teams. This gives all the players the opportunity to put what they have learnt in training, into a pressured game situation against some of the best players in the country. Select players from each age group, who we feel are capable of competing against such teams, will be chosen for the professional fixtures. *Please note, not all players at our academy centres will be selected for all fixtures and/or pro games. Players will need to pass a two week trial to be accepted onto our academy.
